UAE vice-president leaves Bahrain

Manama, Dec. 7 (BNA): UAE Vice-President, Prime Minister and Dubai Ruler, HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum left the kingdom today after participating in the 37th session of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit, hosted by Bahrain for two days. Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid was seen off by the Head of his Convoy of Honour, Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa. His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of thanks from HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum. Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid valued highly the warm welcome accorded to him and his accompanying delegation during their stay in the kingdom, wishing Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity to Bahrain and its people, under HM King Hamad's leadership. He extended thanks to HM the King for his outstanding management of the 37th GCC Summit, expressing hope that the summit will benefit the GCC countries and peoples.
