Undersecretary for International Affairs meets Korean Ambassador

Manama, Dec.28 (BNA): The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for International Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, met at the Ministry’s General Court today the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Hae Kwan Chung. Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed welcomed the Ambassador, praising the distinguished relations between the two countries. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for International Affairs noted the recent meeting between the foreign ministers of the two countries on the sidelines of "Manama Dialogue", and the positive and fruitful results that resulted in the interest of strengthening friendship and joint cooperation relations, appreciating in this regard, the successful efforts made by the two countries in addressing the (Covid-19) pandemic and its repercussions. Ambassador Hae Kwan Chung expressed his country’s aspirations to continue joint cooperation and coordination with Bahrain, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
