Undersecretary receives Korean ambassador

Manama, Aug.26 (BNA): Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for International Affairs Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa has today received Korean Ambassador Hae Kwan Chung and hailed strong bilateral relations binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Korea, spanning up to four decades and a half. Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa stressed Bahrain’s keenness to further bolster joint ties on all levels, commending both countries’ successful efforts to combat the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) mitigate the pitfalls of the pandemic. The Korean envoy praised the advanced level of bilateral relations on all levels, stressing his country’s keenness to further bolster joint ties and achieve common interests.
