Food and accommodation must be up to standard and offered at reasonable prices. Safety must be ensured for tourists in visiting caves or white water rafting. How local communities will be engaged and earn an income from tourist activities needs to be discussed, he said. The Geopark covers four districts of Satun, including Thung Wa, La-ngu, Manang, and part of Satun's provincial seat. Its outstanding geological features are characterised by a spectacular pinnacle karst landscape, including a stunning sea cave and hidden lagoon, which tourist can visit by kayak.
