Voluntary work award events conclude

Manama, Oct. 16 (BNA): HH Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa has patronised the Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa Award for Voluntary Work2016 events organised by the Good Word Society in association with the Arab Federation for Voluntary Activities with the participation of 15 Arab countries. 14 Arab personalities from the federation-member societies and voluntary centres were conferred the award's trophy. The participants commended the Kingdom's leadership for supporting voluntary activities locally, in the Arabian Gulf and Arab countries, citing HH Shaikh Isa patronage of the award for the sixth year consecutively bringing together Arab voluntary work activists under one roof in this major event which provides the participants an ample opportunity to exchange expertise and success stories pertaining to voluntary work projects from around the Arab world.
