WAHO President Arrives in Bahrain ahead of Major Conference

Manama, Feb. 5(BNA): President of the World Arabian Horse Organisation (WAHO) Peter Pond landed in the Kingdom of Bahrain to participate in the WAHO Conference. Pond was welcomed upon his arrival by HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Deputy Chairman of the High Organising Committee, who wished him a pleasant stay in the Kingdom of Bahrain. HH Shaikh Faisal praised WAHO President for his tremendous contributions towards developing the organisation and bringing it to the center of the world's attention. Moreover, HH Shaikh Faisal extended the greetings of HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, son of HRH the Crown Prince and Chairman of the High Organising Committee, to WAHO President before briefing him on the preparations to host this prestigious event. For his part, WAHO President thanked HH Shaikh Faisal for the cordial reception, expressing utmost confidence at the Kingdom's ability to make the Conference a great success.
