Works of Iranian photographers to adorn Thai art show

TEHRAN,April 4(MNA) – Photos by four Iranian artists were selected for the exhibition of Thailand’s International Photographic Contest in Bangkok. “Thirsty” by Mohammadreza Arablin, “Village” by Afshin Azarian, “Water Color” by Amir Minabian and “Save Life Before it Goes Away” by Farbod Fazaeli Javan will go on display at the showcase which will be held from April 26 to May 6 at the Silpakorn University Art Gallery. The contest is held annually by the Silpakorn University and cosponsored by Royal Photographic Society of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of The Monarch and the Narisaranuwattivongse Foundation. This year, the university arranged the contest on the theme “water” as a substance which can give birth to all life and all happiness on Earth while water can also lead to unhappiness and sadness on Earth.
