Works Minister meets US Embassy Chargé d'Affaires

Manama, Apr. 10 (BNA): Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister, Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf, held a virtual meeting with the Chargé d'Affaires of the US Embassy, Margaret Nardi. The two sides reviewed the distinguished relations between the two friendly countries, and their steady progress. The minister discussed with the Chargé d'Affaires areas of joint cooperation, lauding the American advanced expertise in various fields. He expressed the Works Ministry’s keenness to take advantage of the experience of US companies in infrastructure, construction, green buildings and waste recycling. The Chargé d'Affaires of the US Embassy expressed delight at the progress of her country’s relations with Bahrain, praising the Works Ministry’s efforts to develop infrastructure in the kingdom. She hailed the progress witnessed by the kingdom across various fields.
