Higher Education Advisor receives academic officials

Manama, Mar.3 (BNA): Advisor to Higher Education at the Ministry of Education Dr. Mona Muhammad Al-Balushi received a delegation from the University of Salford Manchester and the British University in Bahrain.
Dr. Al Balushi was briefed on the areas of cooperation between the two universities, plans to enhance them, and the mechanism for exchanging academic experiences, to provide the best programs and services for students in Bahrain.
She commended the efforts made by the British University in Bahrain to improve its performance and outputs, praising the distinguished and advanced level of the academic programs it offers, and its scientific and research expertise and human cadres.
The delegation included: Professor Helen Marshall, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Salford Manchester, Jo Purvis, Vice-Chancellor for Academic Development, Professor Julie Cross, President of the British University in Bahrain, and Maryam Flamerzy, Head of Admissions and Registration at the University.
