HM King congratulates President Elect of Singapore

Manama, Sept. 4 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, sent a cable of congratulations to President Tharman Shanmugaratnam of Singapore, on winning the presidential elections.

HM King Hamad wished the president success in leading the people of Singapore to further progress and prosperity.
