China to donate to Kyrgyzstan 150 thsd doses of COVID-19 vaccines

Bishkek, May 12, 2021. / Kabar /. China will provide Kyrgyzstan with a second batch of COVID-19 vaccines in the amount of 150 thousand doses as humanitarian aid on a gratuitous basis. The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported that bilateral negotiations between Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Ruslan Kazakbaev and member of the State Council, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China Wang Yi took place on Tuesday in the city of Xi'an, within the framework of an official visit of Ruslan Kazakbaev to China. As a result of the negotiations, a Cooperation Program was signed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China for 2022-2023. China donated the first batch of vaccines in March 22, 2021 in the amount of 150 thousand doses.
