Former Kyrgyz ambassador to Germany Erines Otorbaev receives NABU prize

The organization recalled that the first similar award was given to ex-President of the Kyrgyz Republic, founder of the Roza Otunbayeva Initiative PF Roza Otunbayeva, the second - to Burgut NGO, Gorny Badakhshan (Tajikistan).
