Iran commemorates National Day of Hafez in Dushanbe

Dushanbe, IRNA – Commemoration ceremony of Hafez Shirazi as glowing star of the sonnet and Persian poetry was held in Tajikistan's Dushanbe. Iranian Ambassador to Tajikistan Mohammad Taghi Saberi in the commemoration ceremony of Hafez Shirazi in Dushanbe termed Hafez Shirazi as a poet who has had great influence on the Persian-speaking people and a poet who belongs to all centuries On the day of commemoration of Hafez Shirazi, we honor the language of the mysterious and to all the fans of this eloquent, thoughtful poet whose poetic and romantic words, after seven centuries, are fresh and unrepeatable and soulful and soul-enhancing, to all the Persian speakers of the world, especially the people of Iran and Tajikistan. Saberi in his remarks termed Hafez Shirazi as the brightest star of Persian culture and over several centuries until today, adding that many have found the description of their current situation in Hafez Shirazi's poems.
