Jean-François Mancel: Baku is becoming a shopping center

Baku, May 7, AZERTAC President of the Association of Friends of Azerbaijan in France, member of the French National Assembly Jean-Francois Mancel described the Baku Shopping Festival as a big advantage for Azerbaijan. He said the Azerbaijani capital is turning into a shopping center, hailing the first shopping festival as a success. Mancel said Baku is an attractive city which offers a unique mix of traditions and future opportunities.
