Kyrgyzstan's recoveries from novel coronavirus climb to 2,983

In the past 24 hours, 67 people throughout Kyrgyzstan have recovered from COVID-19 coronavirus infection, Head of the Public Health Department of the Kyrgyz Health Ministry Ainura Akmatova told Wednesday. Thus, nationwide recoveries from COVID-19 has climbed to 2,983. Kyrgyzstan reported on Wednesday 345 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total confirmed cases in the country to 8,486. Ainura Akmatova also reported 13 new virus-related deaths, raising the total number of death toll to 112. Meanwhile, 592 people remained hospitalized, 17 patients are in intensive care. In addition, 4,799 asymptomatic patients are in home quarantine.
