Turkish airline to provide medical equipment to Manas International Airport

Bishkek, July 21, 2020. /Kabar/. The Turkish airline will provide medical equipment and medicines to Manas International Airport OJSC (MIA) at no cost, the airport's press service reported. "Within partner relationships and due to the current sanitary and epidemiological situation in Kyrgyzstan, related to the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection, an agreement was reached between Gata Havayolları ve Taşımacılık A.Ş. (Turkey) and Manas International Airport OJSC (Kyrgyzstan) on the provision of medical equipment and medicines," the report says. The first batch of medical equipment arrived under the agreement: - 10 air recirculators (AeroRAD UVC FAN-15) ; - 10 pulse oximeters ; - 10 oxygen concentrators (Respirox SZ-5AW Oxygen Concentrator). The second batch of medical equipment and medicines is also expected. The medical equipment provided will be used in hospital, which is planned to be recently opened at Manas Airport. It will provide medical assistance to the employees of MIA OJSC and others who need medical assistance.
