Many Weavers Overfulfill Half-Yearly Production Quotas in DPRK

Pyongyang, March 28 (KCNA) -- The number of workers who have fulfilled the first-half yearly quotas is increasing at textile mills of the DPRK amid the struggle to attain the 12 major goals for the development of the national economy set forth by the Party.

The first was a worker of the general weaving shop at the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill. More than 40 workers introduced efficient working methods in each process and after a day's work they displayed a fine trait of helping the next shift, and thus registered high production results every day.

Over 20 workers of the Sinuiju Textile Mill took the lead in carrying out their plans through a multi-spindle and multi-machine movement while taking care of equipment in a responsible manner.

Dozens of workers of the Sariwon Textile Mill have overfulfilled their daily quotas by raising the operation rate of equipment to the maximum and strictly keeping the technical regulations and standard operating methods.

The number of innovators is also increasing at the Kusong Textile Mill and the September Textile Mill. -0-
