The Minister Of Interior Signs A Security Mou With His Sudanese Counterpart

Baghdad / NINA /- The Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, signed a security memorandum of understanding with his Sudanese counterpart, First Lieutenant General Anan Hamid Muhammad Omar.

The terms of the memorandum of understanding included combating terrorism, exchanging experiences, and combating organized and transnational crime.

On the sidelines of the signing, a number of topics of mutual interest were discussed, and the guest minister praised the hospitality and good reception, and the great efforts made by the Iraqi security services in various fields, after watching a documentary film representing the heroics of the federal police forces in defeating terrorism.

Al-Shammari appreciated the visit of his Sudanese counterpart, wishing permanent prosperity for the Sudanese people and their government./ End
