Over 24 million people use the Internet in Turkey
ISTANBUL (A.A) - Over 24 million people use the Internet in Turkey with 86 percent of them go online everyday, data showed.
The U.S.-based Interactive Advertising Bureau, a lobbying front group for the major players in internet advertising, has said its research showed that 42 percent of the Turkish users are between the ages of 25 and 44, and that 48 percent of users go online for reading daily and news items.
Around 57 percent of the users in Turkey are men and over 875 thousand people do online shopping, the research said.
