Palestinian man, who broke into Turkish Embassy in Tel Aviv, sentenced to 2 years in prison

TEL AVIV (A.A) - 17.03.2011 - A Palestinian man, who broke into the Turkish Embassy in Israeli capital Tel Aviv last year, was sentenced to 2 years in prison by an Israeli court.
Nadim Injaz, 33, was found guilty for attacking on public officials and Turkish Embassy, threatening, as well as illegally trespassing on Israeli territory, Israeli army radio said on Thursday.
In August 2010, Injaz forced his way into the embassy building trying to take vice-consul as hostage and demanding asylum from Turkey. Embassy guards shot him and turned over to Israeli authorities. Injaz was armed with a knife, a gasoline can and a gun that turned out to be a toy.
Israeli police said Injaz was recently released from prison before he broke into Turkish Embassy. He served time for an attack on the British Embassy five years ago, also to seek asylum.
