Political Affairs Undersecretary discusses cooperation with India

New Delhi, Mar. 14 (BNA): The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, met the Secretary (CPV & OIA) in India’s Ministry of External Affairs, Dr. Ausaf Sayeed, on the occasion of his official visit to India.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the longstanding relations of cooperation and friendship between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of India, and means to enhance them in various political, economic and social fields, in a way that supports the interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.

They also discussed regional and international issues of common concern, especially under the Indian presidency of the G20.
