‘A vibrant election will be a firm response to enemies’

TEHRAN,March 13(MNA) – Esfandiar Rahim-Mashaii, a close ally of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, told reporters after the cabinet meeting on Wednesday that a vibrant election would be a firm response to the enemies of the Islamic system, referring to the June 14 presidential election. The head of the temporary secretariat of the Non-Aligned Movement in Tehran also evaded the question about his possible candidacy in the presidential election.
