‘Ahmadinejad has promised to cooperate with Expediency Council’

TEHRAN, April 8 (MNA) – Iranian President Ahmadinejad’s administration has promised to cooperate more with the Expediency Council, Mohsen Rezaii, the council secretary, told reporters on Saturday, which was the first working day of the council in the new Iranian year, which began on March 20. Rezaii also commented on Expediency Council Chairman Hashemi Rafsanjani’s remarks on the relations between Iran and the United States and said, “In today’s meeting, Mr. Hashemi said that he only related a memory and that he was not referring to the current situation in the country.”
