‘IRGC Navy’s defense doctrine based on asymmetrical warfare’

TEHRAN,Dec.22(MNA) – The defense doctrine of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Naval Force is based on an “asymmetrical warfare strategy,” according to the IRGC Navy’s deputy commander. In an interview with the Persian service of the Mehr News Agency published on Friday, Naqi Pourrezaii said that the strategy also utilizes speed, precision, mobility, and maneuverability and the capabilities of rapid-response forces.
