‘Syria does not need Iranian arms’

TEHRAN,May 12(MNA) – “Syria has a huge army and enough arms and does not require Iranian weapons,” the Iranian ambassador to France told French BFM TV. Ali Ahani added that these allegations are made by Israel, which poses the greatest threat to peace in the Middle East. He also called for an immediate end to the violence in Syria and called on the conflicting sides to lay down their arms and hold dialogue.
