"11 11" center reports

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ This week, the Government's "11 11" center received 611 requests, complaints and gratitude. Agricultural workers asked the Center whether the wheat bonus money will be allowed before the Lunar New Year (January 31). Responding to this, the Finance Ministry said the bonus will be allocated in March, in compliance with the 2014 budget schedule. A total of 351 residents of the city asked the center about the city-related matters, including heating and water supply problems. For example, in Viva City apartments of Khan-Uul district, the tap water has been "absent" for the last three days but no steps have been undertaken to improve the situation.
