1st VP: Zionists Behind Iran Sanctions

Tehran, July 1, IRNA - First Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi on Saturday said Zionists are behind Iran sanctions and the US and other big powers are acting as the Zionists’ agents in this regard. He made the remarks in a ceremony marking the National Industry and Mine Day in Iran. Saying there have never been such intensive sanctions imposed on a single country in the world before, Rahimi said the intensity of the sanctions proves Iran's granduer and might. He said "Although enemies intend to stop buying Iranian crude oil, we welcome the sanction as far as we are a united nation." The first vice president said enemies are also to impose sanction against Central Bank of Iran. He said they have unofficially imposed sanctions against Iranian airlines which are carrying passengers./end
