62% of Azerbaijani voters cast ballots as of 15:00 in Beijing

Beijing, September 26, AZERTAC 62% of Azerbaijani eligible voters have cast ballots in a polling station at the country`s Embassy in Beijing as of 15:00 local time as Azerbaijan is holding a referendum to make amendments to the Constitution. No frauds or irregularities have been reported.
