Afghan Spokesman: US Sanctions Will Not Affect Tehran-Kabul Ties

Kabul, Feb 3, IRNA – Afghan Foreign Ministry Spokesman Janan Mosazai said that the US sanctions against Iran will not affect the existing friendly relations between Kabul and Tehran.
