Ahmadinejad calls for action to end violence against Shias in Pakistan

TEHRAN,March 12(MNA) – Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Monday issued a message urging the relevant international organizations and the Pakistani government to make every effort to end sectarian violence against Shias in Pakistan. Violence against Shia Muslims has escalated in various parts of Pakistan over the past few months. Since the beginning of 2012, hundreds of Shias have been killed in the country.
