Ambassador of Finland presents diplomatic credentials

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj Thursday received the diplomatic credentials from Mr Jari Gustafsson, the Concurrent Non-Resident Ambassador of Finland to Mongolia. Mr Gustafsson said he will do all his best to widen the Mongolia-Finland traditional friendly relations within his office term. The President said the two countries marked last year the 50th anniversary of the diplomatic relations, and noted that a “100 innovations in Finland’s society” book was released in frames of this anniversary. The countries are running a cooperation in the court reforms in Mongolia, "moreover, the collaboration will be widened in education, culture and scientific spheres," he said. Mongolia and Finland established the diplomatic relations on July 15 of 1963.
