Analyst: Iran’s Nuclear Negotiating Team Supported By S.Leader, Majlis, People

Tehran, Nov 17, IRNA – Political Analyst and University lecturer Hojatoleslam Mohsen Gharavian said on Saturday that Iran’s nuclear negotiating team is supported by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Majlis and people as the negotiation is on its right track. Speaking to IRAN network, he said as the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatolah Ali Khamenei has underlined that the members of the negotiating team are children of the Islamic Revolution and that they are not going to make any compromise with the enemies but they will do their utmost to vindicate the legitimate rights of the Iranian nation. This is a real struggle initiated by the negotiating team and in case it bears fruit, it should be regarded as a significant victory, he said. The obstacles thrown by France never annoyed us because it helped us acquire a desirable international experience, said the analyst. Peaceful nuclear energy is among the legitimate rights of the Iranian nation which cannot be ignored, he said adding that enrichment of uranium is also among the countrys legitimate rights but its amount and level are negotiable. “It will be to the benefit of all sides if such talks bear fruit. Iran’s stand is crystal clear and we are determined not to give up our nuclear rights,” Gharavian said. G5+1 should win the trust of the Iranian people through negotiations, he underlined. “We should hold nuclear negotiations based on rationality and logic,” Gharavian said./end
