Azerbaijan, Austria have good potential to develop relations further

FM of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov has met with the delegation led by Federal Minister for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Austria Sebastian Kurz. After the meeting, the ministers held a press conference. A number of questions, including the existing regional conflicts were discussed at the meeting, Mammadyarov said. At his words, the Austrian minister was in detail informed about the current state of negotiations to solve the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict and the position of official Baku in the problem. Mammadyarov said the economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Austria strengthens, adding, that the Austrian companies function in Azerbaijan, and the Azerbaijani companies successfully operate in Austria. According to Sebestian Kurz, the bilateral relations between the two countries are at high level, and there is good potential to develop them further. “The current visit will five certain impetus to these ties”, he underlined. Important questions were discussed during the visit, the Austrian minister stated, expressing hope for peaceful solution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
