Azerbaijan, Germany discuss bilateral relations

Baku, July 1 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan and Germany have explored ways of developing the bilateral relations as speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov met Bundestag member Doris Barnett. Mr. Asadov said Azerbaijan attached great importance to expanding ties with Germany. He noted the role of interparliamentary cooperation in improving the overall relations between the two governments. Mr. Asadov said Azerbaijani and German parliamentarians had been successfully cooperating in international organizations, including the OSCE PA. He expressed confidence that the 23rd Annual Session of the OSCE PA in Baku would be a success. Doris Barnett praised the organization of the OSCE PA Annual Session.
