Azeri deputy FM meets Iranian FM

TEHRAN, May 9 (MNA) - “We will not ask anyone’s permission in regard to relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran,” Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov said in a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi in Tehran on Tuesday . Salehi also said Iran is a “true friend of Azerbaijan” and expressed hope that the relations between the two neighbors would improve.
