BELARUS VICE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY VISITING

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Chairman of the Mongolia-Belarus inter-parliamentary group at the State Great Khural D.Lundeejantsan MP Thursday received a delegation led by Mr A.S.Ogorodnikov, the Vice Minister of Industry of Belarus. The delegation is here to take part in the 3rd meeting of the intergovernmental commission to be held this Friday. Mr Lundeejantsan emphasized that the Mongolia-Belarus relations and cooperation, especially in trade and economy, have been intensifying in recent years. Belarus opened its Embassy in Mongolia in June of 2014, becoming thus a basis for boosting the ties, he noted and said the Mongolian parliament established the Mongolia-Belarus inter-parliamentary group this year. Mr Ogorodnikov underlined that the bilateral relations and cooperation intensified from 2012 since the two countries established the diplomatic relations in 1992. The official visit of the Belarus Premier Mikhail Myasnikovich to Mongolia gave a big impetus to the ties, he said and talked about an importance of the intergovernmental commission meeting and its results expected. Present at the meeting were also N.Enkhbold, a member of the Mongolia-Belarus inter-parliamentary group; Z.Bayanselenge MP; G.Baigalmaa, the Vice Minister of Construction and Urban Development; S.V.Chepurnoy, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Mongolia; and other officials.
