Bhutan's election commissioner visits Thai South

RANONG, February 16 (TNA) - A Bhutanese delegation is visiting Thailand's southern resort Ranong Province to learn on the Kingdom's local election system. Apichart Sukhakanont, Chairman of the Election Commission of Thailand or EC, on Saturday led the foreign delegation, headed by a Bhutanese election commissioner, Mr. Chogyal Dago Rigdzin, to observe electoral processes of Ranong, where there will be a local election of a mayor on February 17. The visiting Bhutanese delegation will also observe the local election in the southern Thai resort province on Sunday. (TNA)
