CAPITAL CITY TO IMPLEMENT SMART GOVERNMENT INITIATIVE

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ulaanbaatar city Mayor E.Bat-Uul Wednesday issued an ordinance to form a working group responsible for a program development for the Smart Government initiative. Following the ordinance, the same day, a working group in charge of developing a program and action plans, regulating implementation activities for the President’s initiative of "From Big government to Smart government", was formed. The group is led by Yo.Erdenechuluun, the General Manager of Ulaanbaatar city, and includes the city administrative officials, districts governors and representatives of non-governmental organizations. The Mayor assigned the newly-formed group to introduce their "Smart Government-2014" program and plans to the City Council by February 15.
