Central Election Commission chairman votes in referendum

Baku, September 26, AZERTAC Chairman of the Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov has voted at the polling station No 31 in Binagadi constituency No 10. Voter turnout is high at the polling station, where the voting is observed by international and local monitors.
