City mayor receives Cuban Charge d'Affairs

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The City Mayor E.Bat-Uul Thursday received Mr Omar Lauro Marrero, the Charge d'Affairs for the Republic of Cuba in Mongolia. The latter thanked Mr Bat-Uul for the audience and expressed a willingness to activate the official relations between state organizations of Mongolia and Cuba. He also invited the Mayor to Havana, the capital city of Cuba. In response, Mr Bat-Uul underlined an important role of the relations between the capital cities in boosting bilateral cooperation and noted that opportunities exist to collaborate in tourism, agriculture and health spheres. He received the invitation and said he will pay official visit to Havana.
