Crimea has been admitted into the Russian Federation.

MOSCOW, March 18 (Itar-Tass) - Russia’s President Vladimir Putin, head of the Republic of Crimea’s State Council Vladimir Konstantinov, the Republic’s Prime Minister Sergei Aksenov and Sevastopol’s Mayor Alexei Chalyi have signed an agreement on accepting of the Republic of Crimea into the Russian Federation and establishment of new federation members. The document will be forwarded for approval to the Constitution Court, and afterwards for ratification to parliaments of the two countries.
