Deputy PM receives Education Minister, Polytechnic officials

Manama, Oct. 31 (BNA): Deputy Premier His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa President of the Supreme Council for Development of Education and Training received Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Alnoaimi, Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bahrain Polytechnic (BP) and Acting CEO Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Aseeri. His Highness was informed about the report issued by the UK-based International Higher Education Academy (HEA) indicating Bahrain Polytechnic (BP)'s excellence in its application of the frame of its graduates' employability skills. Themed: "Flowering in the desert – Reflecting on Developing & Embedding an Employability framework at Bahrain Polytechnic, the report was published following the visit of HEA's delegation to Bahrain. HH Shaikh Mohammed expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Minister of Education, the board of trustees' chairman and the Acting CEO of Bahrain Polytechnic for their efforts and achievement of the objectives of the Supreme Council for Education and Training Development through excellent programmes and graduates which satisfy the labour market requirements in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
