FM Anifah Meets Bulgarian Counterpart

PUTRAJAYA, March 29 (Bernama) -- Foreign Minister Anifah Aman (right) on Tuesday held a bilateral meeting with his counterpart from Bulgaria, Daniel Mitov (left) in Wisma Putra (Foreign Ministry) here. The meeting which lasted for 30 minutes, among others, discussed bilateral issues on various fields as well as regional and international issues. Mitov, who is on his maiden visit to Malaysia, began his three-day visit since Sunday. In addition to meeting with Anifah, he also met with Attorney-General Mohamed Apandi Ali on Monday. Following the outcome of the meeting, both sides signed a memorandum of understanding on collaborations in the legal field. Mitov also met with Dewan Rakyat (Malaysia's lower house of Parliament) speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia on Monday. (photoBERNAMA) --BERNAMA
