Gaddafi's deputy foreign minister in Turkey
ANKARA (A.A) - 04.04.2011 - Libya's Deputy Foreign Minister Abdulati Obeidi arrived in the Turkish capital on Monday to meet Turkish officials.
Obeidi came to Ankara after talks in Athens where he conveyed a message from Muammar Gaddafi to Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou.
During his stay in Ankara, Obeidi is expected to meet with senior Turkish diplomats in a bid to seek a settlement of crisis in Libya.
