Gunmen raid late Iranian leader’s tomb

Baku, Azerbaijan, June 7 By Farhad Daneshvar – Trend: An unknown gunman has injured several people at the tomb of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, near capital Tehran. The incident has left several people injured, Fars news agency tweeted. The officials have not revealed any details regarding the attack, or the casualties thus far. In a separate incident on the same day, several attackers reportedly tried to storm the building of Iran's parliament, engaging in a shootout with the guards. According to reports, several people got injured as a result of the attack. According to ISNA, the attacker of the tomb has committed suicide bombing following the attack.
