I’m not saying I will not enter the election:Iran`s Rafsanjani

TEHRAN,April 29(MNA) – Iranian Expediency Council Chairman Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani said on Sunday that he has not announced whether he will run for president or not in the election in June. “I’m not saying that I will not enter (the scene), but the next government will face many debts,” Rafsanjani told a number of reporters, writers, students, and reformist clerics at a meeting in his office at the Expediency Council in Tehran. He went on to say that he has a recording of his own voice in which he predicted that the country will face such problems. Rafsanjani, who was president for two consecutive terms from 1989 to 1997, also stated that during the eight years of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s presidency, most of the qualified mangers were dismissed from their posts.
