Impossible to resolve Ukraine crisis by military means - OSCE PA head

MOSCOW, September 4 (Itar-Tass) - It is impossible to settle the Ukrainian crisis by military means. A political solution must be found, OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President Ilkka Kanerva said during his meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Thursday. He said his delegation had arrived in Moscow not to urge to do anything and not to persuade to act some way. He said their position would not be arrogant or aggressive.
