Iran’s new ambassador to Kabul submits credentials to Karzai

TEHRAN, April 28 (MNA) – New Iranian ambassador to Afghanistan Abolfazl Zohrehvand has met with Afghan President Hamid Karzai and submitted a copy of his credentials to him. During the meeting, Karzai said that his country is keen to expand ties with the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Iranian ambassador stated that the two countries can increase their cooperation through realizing their untapped potential.
