Iran Attends Nuclear Power Asia 2012 Confab In Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur, Jan 31, IRNA – The Nuclear Power Asia 2012 kicked off here on Tuesday with participation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. A large number of nuclear experts from various world countries are taking part in the Nuclear Power Asia 2012. Representatives from the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) are attending the two-day conference. Iran is to share its nuclear experiences with the participating countries. Deputy Head of AEOI Naser Rastkhah is to address the audience in the second day of the conference. The participating states will review their latest achievements in the field of peaceful nuclear energy and construction of nuclear power plants. The Nuclear Power Asia started work three years ago with the objective of developing nuclear energy in new economies in East Asian states including Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam./end
