Iran condemns attempted assassination on Syrian PM

TEHRAN,May 1(MNA) – Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast on Monday strongly condemned the assassination attempt against Syrian Prime Minister Wael Nader al-Halqi. The Syrian prime minister survived the assassination on Monday when a bomb went off near his convoy in Damascus and claimed the lives of six people.
